“My restaurant is your restaurant”. It is with this "solidarity" approach that the République opened; a pretty brasserie where part of your bill allows you to pay for meals for beneficiaries who cannot afford to eat out. Like you, they can enjoy creative market cuisine for lunch and dinner.
