Like the phoenix reborn from its ashes (and much to the delight of the Marseillais) the former team of Gingembre Noailles reunite at Ginger Phoenix. Aurélien Lecour and Tony Hua are joined by Meryll - a Californian mixologist - in a pop decor with dishes that gives pride of place to flavours and freshness.
