Listening to Chiara you will be transported. Behind her impeccable French, the lilting and joyful accent betrays her Florentine origins and more generally her Italian joie de vivre. It is this that she decided to import to Marseille with her partner Stan - who is very French - through an entire bar dedicated to the "Aperitivo"; a daily ceremony that smacks of la dolce vita.
