From August 21 to September 6, 2026, Kouss·Kouss is back for another helping in Marseille. For its 9th edition, the couscous festival is going bigger than ever, with more than 300 participating venues across every district, around thirty guests from all over the Mediterranean, and a programme that reaches far beyond the kitchen. This year, aromatic herbs are adding even more flavour to the mix!
