Sushi plates gliding along a conveyor belt, the atmosphere of a 1970s Japanese listening bar, and ultra-pop dishes spinning beneath neon lights… At first glance, Matsuri Marseille seemed like the kind of flashy marketing concept with little substance behind it. And yet, beyond the immersive decor and the hypnotic ballet of colorful plates, the place turns out to be a genuinely great surprise: freshly made products prepared on-site, affordable prices, and an experience that is as playful as it is efficient.
