With the exhibition Habiter, presented at the Musée Regards de Provence, artist Gilles Barbier invites visitors into a singular universe as prolific as it is unclassifiable. Based in Marseille for more than thirty years, he has developed since the 1990s a multifaceted practice combining painting, sculpture, drawing and writing to explore our relationship with the body, language and memory.
