A true emblem of Marseille, bouillabaisse is more than just a dish: it is a gesture, a memory, a visceral connection to the sea. For the first time, a French Bouillabaisse Championship will take place at the restaurant La Calanque Bleue, bringing together six finalists who will each defend their own vision of this culinary icon. Among them, Benjamin Mathieu, representing Marseille, embodies the tradition in its most genuine and demanding form.
