For several summers, Guillaume Blot travelled across France at the wheel of the ‘Blot Mobile,’ his VW T5 van, to document the country’s truck-stop restaurants. After Buvettes and Rades, he continues his exploration of everyday places and the people who inhabit them in a new book, from which around twenty prints are on display at Galerie Faces in Endoume
