Looking like giant pink flamingos, the port\u2019s cranes that built the image of the city \u2013 as well as the docks, now hosting bars and restaurants \u2013 are still a marking characteristic of La Ciotat\u2019s gulf. Repairing workshops now welcome world\u2019s biggest yachts thanks to their quality infrastructures, and brought new people in town (mainly Anglo-Saxons). Behind the new port \u2013 hosting a famous nautical show \u2013 the seaside also changed.
